Terms of Service
These terms explain the basis on which ViveFastPrint provides quotations and printing services. The specification, price and production details for an order are confirmed in the quotation or order correspondence.
Quotations and orders
A website enquiry is a request for information and does not by itself create an order. An order proceeds after the customer accepts the confirmed specification and price and completes any requested approval or payment step.
Artwork and approval
Customers are responsible for checking names, contact details, spelling, dimensions and other content before approving artwork. Colour appearance can vary between screens and printed materials. Any specific colour or finishing requirement should be raised before approval.
Customer-supplied content
The customer must have permission to use any logos, photographs, trademarks or other material supplied for printing. We may decline material that appears unlawful or infringes another party’s rights.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery details are confirmed for each order. Please tell us about a fixed event or deadline before approving the order so it can be considered in the quotation.
Problems with an order
Inspect printed items after receipt and contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs if there is a production issue. We will review the matter against the approved specification.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, its forms or administrative areas.
